We do not publish a fake “starting at $X.” A 20-foot Cinco Ranch parkway is not a Memorial live oak next to a slab, and neither is a bamboo perimeter in 77494. The price follows the walk.
What you get on paper: panel depth and length, joint method, restoration, whether a walk panel should be replaced or can wait, and a clear “not us” if the pipe is collapsed or the slab needs piers.
